Location and Parking

My office is located at 6315 Forbes Ave. in Squirrel Hill, Pittsburgh. When you book, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed directions.

There is pay parking as well as free street parking nearby.

Arrival time

If it is your first massage with me, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will give us time to discuss your intake and your specific needs as well as what to expect in your session.

If it is not your first session, please arrive 5 minutes before your session’s start time.

If you are late to your session, I may not be able to provide the full length of treatment time that you selected. You will be charged for the amount of time that you originally scheduled.

Pregnancy

Massage can be extremely beneficial during pregnancy. While massage is generally safe throughout pregnancy, the Prenatal Massage is for clients in their 2nd or 3rd trimester. If you are in your 1st trimester, please wait to book. Additionally, if your pregnancy is high-risk, please consult your doctor and receive their clearance before scheduling an appointment. Pregnant clients should choose the 60-minute Prenatal Massage when booking.

Thai Massage

Thai Massage is done fully clothed on a mat on the floor. A common misconception is that you need to be flexible to receive Thai Massage. Anyone can receive Thai Massage as the session will be adapted to each individual client. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitted clothing you can move in to your Thai Massage session. Gift Cards

Gift card recipients will be required to add a credit card when booking an appointment. This is purely for no-show and late cancelation protection. The credit card is not charged at the time of booking. When the client shows up to their appointment, the gift card will be redeemed using the gift card number in their email.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so with more than 24 hours notice. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If you do not show up at your scheduled appointment and you have not canceled the appointment, you will be charged in full for the session you missed.

Gratuity

Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated. You will have the opportunity to leave gratuity on your card at the time of checkout. Alternatively, you can leave a cash tip.
